Founding partner pilot
5 consented property inquiries for $250. No long contract. We can also discuss a success-fee referral arrangement for purchase transactions.
An inquiry is not a closing. It is a person who submitted a brief and agreed to be contacted. Unless an exclusive arrangement is agreed in advance, an inquiry may be routed to up to three relevant professionals.
How routing works
- Inquiry enters as NEW.
- We match by geography, intent, budget, language, and partner capacity.
- Assigned partners receive it as SENT.
- Partner records accepted / declined and eventual outcome.
- Paid delivery or referral-fee status is recorded separately from the consumer lead.
One shared network
Applications from this site enter the same shared Colombia property network used by the rest of the portfolio; there is no separate buyer database here.
The point is to keep the buyer side centralized while letting each consumer property keep its own search and conversion identity.
